"We enjoyed our visit. Very relaxing. My 3-year old great granddaughter loved the pools and the splash pad. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Added bonus: we had a good view of the air show. It was amazing.
Beach was wonderful. We had very good weather for our trip. Great place especially if you bring children."

"Thank you 603E owners for a great experience at this location. - Nice location. The area that was not very busy. Nice amenities in the room - video games, TV/internet/streaming services, chairs, and beach kit with flashlights were nice. Nice to have 2 beach chairs included for this unit and beach staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Parking was across the street however connected with a skywalk so although a little bit of an inconvenience it would not deter from booking here again, just need to plan ahead. only 1 hot tub and we were never able to use since it was always full."

"Just as pictured in the listing! Beach service was such a nice bonus. The couch/hideaway bed is definitely well loved, so I’m not sure how comfy that would be as a bed at night. Everything was so nice and clean. Check in was super simple, had a little issue with the online checkout but it was easily solved with a quick phone call. Definitely recommend!"

"Everything was wonderful! The only thing we did not care for was the elevators. Took awhile to get to you, so we ended up using the stairs almost the entire trip. Loved our condo super clean and homey!"

"Overall great stay; I really loved the small finishing touches on this condo. From the curtains to block out sun on the bunk beds, to the Pac-Man arcade game, and the labeled pull strings on the light fixture (had a light bulb and fan flare on the designated string). Only complaint regarding the condo is the bed, was not a comfortable mattress at all. Unfortunate things occurred at the resort like the kiddie water park area not being heated (major reason we booked this resort), the coffee shop closed and constantly having elevator issues. However these were random occurrences that likely wouldn’t happened again simultaneously so we will absolutely be back except next time maybe with a pillow mattress topper lol. 10/10 for the condo , was really cozy and well thought out."

"dont be afraid to book based on previous reviews. it was great - Overall our stay was better than expected. The room had everything we needed, including crab hunting stuff and sand toys. It was plenty clean for us. It was updated and decorated nicely. It could use an overall deep clean in the corners, around vents etc, but did not impact our stay AT ALL. The basics had been done well. Sheets were fresh, floor had been mopped, bathrooms and kitchen cleaned just fine. Do not be afraid to book here. After all, you are wet and tracking sand everywhere the whole time anyway. It is by no means horrible for a beach condo. we loved the space vs. a hotel room. The kids LOVED the arcade, the board games, and the curtains that closed over the bunk beds. The walk to the beach was very manageable (bring a folding wagon), the included chairs and umbrella were wonderful. The elevator wait was like any other elevator I have experienced. The rental company was prompt every time. I loved that the condo was close to everything, but away from the pier traffic and hustle. Go to Toms for donuts, its right up the street. We hardly used the pool because the beach was so nice. If you want a 5 star luxury experience, maybe don't book here. But if you want a fun family place with room for the kids ( ages 5, 3) , with all the things you need, and then some, and don't mind all things aren't perfect, this place is the best! I would stay here again. It was affordable, better than a hotel in a lot of ways, and we had a great time. DO NOT be afraid to stay here.
pros* short walk to the ocean, fun pools for kids, washer and dryer, ice maker, smart tv with apps and logins for each, arcade for kids, plenty of space for family of 4
cons* the balcony door doesn't lock, the corners and vents and such could use a deep clean, the garbage disposal doesn't work, none of which mattered to us."

"Great condo, elevators are slow! - Loved the unit! And real joy was super easy to communicate with and answered all the questions! Game unit was perfect for 5 yo boy. Kitchen and bathrooms and porch furniture all amazing! Bunk beds were definitely bigger then standard and could easily sleep a small adult/teen. Awesome cooking non stick pans. Smart tvs! Great location. Only complaints: there were no blankets/comforters for the bunk beds (just bring your own), long walk to your car, maybe it was packed but it was very hard to find pool chairs at all (sometimes had to put all of stuff on one little chair or the ground), and the elevators take forever!!! Would wait over 30 mins and the stairs were slam packed with people and their floats.
But overall loved it and would be going back!!"

"Fun stay ! - Loved the room and especially the arcade game . We played that every evening. We added an additional night and the process was very smooth. I do wish they would’ve had a salt and pepper shaker like most do, but it wasn’t a big deal . The people below us smoked and nothing was done about it. We probably should’ve asked security rather than the place you get armbands, etc . Overall great trip ! We would stay again ☺️"

"Panama - Loved the room we stayed in. Had so many games for my boys to play and awesome view of the ocean. It had everything we needed. Only downfall is the TV in the living room did not work, but other then that our stay was great. My family and I would definitely stay here again."
